1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sonder. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

2. Astrological Content & AI Disclaimer (Entertainment Purposes Only)

Sonder is designed to explore astrology, natal charts, and compatibility through the use of third-party Artificial Intelligence (including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini).

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Entertainment Only: All natal charts, compatibility reports (synastry), horoscopes, and AI-generated insights provided by Sonder are for entertainment purposes only.
• Not Professional Advice: Sonder is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. You should never make significant life decisions based solely on the App's content.
• AI Limitations: Because our insights are generated by AI models, Sonder makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, scientific validity, or truthfulness of any reading or matching result.

3. Link Sharing and Compatibility Matching

Sonder allows users to generate unique links to share with others for the purpose of running astrological compatibility reports on specific topics.

• Consent to Share: By clicking on a Sonder link provided by another user and submitting your birth details, you expressly consent to Sonder calculating a compatibility report and sharing that report (and related astrological traits) with the user who sent you the link.
• Appropriate Use: You agree to only share links with individuals you know or in contexts where you are comfortable sharing your astrological compatibility results.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

While Sonder currently does not feature direct messaging, you still agree to use the App lawfully. You agree NOT to:

• Input false birth data belonging to real, identifiable individuals without their permission (e.g., celebrities or non-consenting acquaintances) for malicious purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the App, scrape our data, or manipulate our AI prompts.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, branding, algorithms, and prompt architecture within the Sonder app are the exclusive property of Sonder Technologies Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (B) ANY COMPATIBILITY MATCHING RESULTS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE APP IS TO STOP USING IT.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action.

8. Amendments

Sonder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
